How to Register for ISO9000 - 2

Please note: We only work with UKAS-accredited Registrars (or registrars accredited by organizations recognized by ISO).

You can go "fast-track".

This method requires a higher level of commitment on your part, but is a life-safer for businesses with an urgent need to achieve ISO9000 certification.

This process typically takes between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your availability.

Achieve ISO9000 registration by a UKAS-accredited certification body within 2 months.

We will produce all of the required quality system documents (policies, objectives, procedures, instructions, etc) in discussion with your senior management. We will conduct internal audits, arrange the assessment and provide ongoing support to maintain your ISO9000 system.

For smaller businesses, we offer a monthly payments scheme, which covers the costs of creating your system, being assessed by the certification body, and the ongoing auditing and certification costs.

We deliberately keep you and your senior managers "in the picture". We don't attempt to conceal anything. Over the past twenty years, we have found that this is the best way to make sure that you want to keep using our services to maintain and continually improve your system.

We can work with you on a fixed-price basis.

Having discussed your requirements, we will provide a fixed-price quotation, covering all of the work required to enable your organization to become ISO9000 Registered.

Typically, projects take 3 to 4 months from commencement to completion. This is better suited to businesses that do not have much time to spare., depending on your availability and the availability of the certification body.

We will produce all of the required quality system documents (policies, objectives, procedures, instructions, etc) in discussion with your senior management.

We will involve the senior managers as we go along, so that they understand fully all that is required of them and why.

We will conduct internal quality audits as the system develops, and make changes to the procedures and instructions as needed.

We will chair your first Management Review, and any subsequent reviews if you wish.

We will assist you to select a suitable UKAS accredited certification body and apply for registration/assessment.

We will attend during the Quality Registrar's assessment of your system.

Following assessment, we can continue the process of internal auditing, revising and improving your system, chairing the management reviews, etc. Many Clients use us in order to keep their systems healthy and relevant,

We can work with you on an "ad-hoc" basis. Many clients ask us to review their documentation prior to assessment, etc. Most reviews only take a single day.

Clients also ask us to conduct internal audits of the system, ahead of the Quality Registrar's visit. Often, only a single day's auditing is required. Again, we will give you a fixed-price quotation in advance.

For a large number of clients, we conduct all of their internal audits, update their system documentation and attend their management reviews (in many cases, without our involvement, these essential tasks would not be conducted on time!)

We are also often asked by new clients to convert their existing system into a user-friendly, beneficial system, rather than the paper-bound encyclopaedic system that they have.

For these services, we charge by the day. We are always happy to quote in advance, and all of our quotes are fixed price, so that you know in advance what you will be getting from us and what you will be paying for it.

You can do it yourself.

This process typically takes between 12 to 26 weeks, depending on your level of commitment and availability. (Some clients have achieved registration in shorter periods, and some take much longer).

You can purchase our "How to create your own ISO9000 system" CD and produce your own ISO9000 system.

This is our best selling product, with many thousands of sales.

We also sell CDs covering "Conduct your own internal audits".
