• CDs are normally shipped within one working day of receipt of order.

• CDs are generally shipped using 1st Class Mail (UK deliveries) or Air Mail (non-UK deliveries), thus ensuring a rapid delivery

• If the CD is faulty, we will replace it free of charge upon receipt of the defective CD, provided you inform us within 7 days of delivery to you.

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
