I’ve just had my Desk Review for the transition and the auditor said that we had one of the best Quality Manuals she had ever seen!  I am so pleased that I purchased your super CD – I know of other companies that spent £3,000+ on consultancy fees who didn’t get the same feedback.

What can I say?  Thank you for a great product seems inadequate when I’ve been building up to this for months – but really, sincere thanks.  I am sure that there are many others who have made a smooth transition thanks to you.

Just a quick note to say that the Company I work for (Ulster Marketing
Surveys) decided to seek accreditation to ISO 9001 and BS 7911 last year. I
came across your website and decided to purchase your CD on ISO 9001. I
must say that this was excellent and contained all the vital information I
needed to draft the procedures and write our quality manual. We were
approved for accreditation by SGS Yarsley in February of this year [2001] without
