    * The terms "ISO9000" and "ISO9001" are used interchangeably within this site. Technically, there is a difference, but generally "9000" is the family name and "9001" is the section of the family which contains the requirements that you must meet. So why do we use them like this? To be honest, we want search engines to link to us for the terms "ISO 9001" and "ISO 9000" - so now you know.
